UPDATE STEAM BEFORE COMING TO THE LAN

I am currently running on the internet connection that I will have for the LAN. Its about the speed of a 768k - 1.5mbit connection. Sharing that between 24 people will make it slow. So please, have your Steam games updated before you come to the LAN. Thank you.

If you intend to do some downloading while at the LAN, don't expect blazing fast speeds.

Steam, Xfire and everything else works just fine. Just a little slower.

I'll also try and bring any non-steam update patches on a pen drive for people too. Maybe I'll throw them on an internal web server while at the LAN.

I will have a dedicated file server running as well with common patches and utilities.

Havok, I can put your files on my server too so everybody can access them.

The Left 4 Dead update is supposed to come out today so make sure you update before the LAN.
