| Hello everybody! I am new to LAN gaming. Awhile back I used to LAN game with two friends of mine, and the improved coordination we had being in the same room made the games so much funner. The only problem I had was that the games I truly enjoyed, they couldn't play on the outdated systems they owned; hence the internet search for Salem area LAN gamers. It was interesting that this is the only site I found dedicated to LAN gaming in the central Willamette valley.
I am open to hosting LAN parties at my place of residence. The size of the party would be limited to how much my house's circut breakers can tolerate. I estimate between four to six computers on two different circuts. I know one of my circuts can hold three computers, as long as the microwave oven is off limits, heh heh.
Is anyone here into or interested in ARMA Combat Operations? If anybody played it when it first came out, rest assured it is a different game now. Originally on the buggy side, the updates have done an excellent job clearing all that garbage up, at least they addressed my concerns. |

| Welcome to KZRLAN Tracy! There used to be Prodigy LAN in Salem. But that is now defunct. A friend of mine from there is trying to get another big LAN going again though. PDXLAN is this summer. But it is already sold out. So this site is one of a few groups in the Salem area right now.
I have not played this game. If I get the time this weekend, I will download the demo and check it out.
If anybody else is interested, here is a link to the demo page. http://www.armedassault.com/us_dwnl_demo.html _________________ KZRLAN - Keizer, Oregon LAN Party
